Customer Service - Retail Support

Bendigo Pottery is seeking the appointment of a new Retail team member to assist in the weekend day to day Retail operations of our Epsom Complex.

Job Title:

Customer Service - Retail Support

Job Type:

Part time - Every Second Sat & Sun, 10 – 4pm. (5.5 hours each day)
(Possible additional hours may be offered through the week)

Key Responsibilities includes:

  • Serving Customers at Register
  • Managing Opening and End of day till operations
  • Answering Phone enquiries
  • Price and label Stock when required
  • General Cleaning

Successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Great presentation and excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Very important to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to Problem Solve
  • Be highly motivated, show initiative and enthusiasm

Required Skills / Training

  • Experience in Retail Customer Service / Homewares
  • Some experience with Clay making/Ceramics would be an advantage
